My Dearest Great Grandfather,
Today we say our Goodbyes.
We are so incredibly grateful and lucky to have had the amount of time to make the amount memories we have shared with you.
We had a 5 generation family and that is a very special occurrence!
Jacob will always remember you are Grandad who lives by the sea side.
We will love you forever and always and your memory will live on with us forever.
Goodbye, rest in peace xxxx
